Powerful Tools for Caregivers

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an educational
program designed to help family caregivers take care
of themselves while caring for a relative or friend
who is 55 or better. You will benefit from this class
whether you are helping a parent, spouse, friend,
someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or
across the country.  The program will help you reduce
stress, communicate more effectively, take care of
yourself, reduce guilt, anger and depression, help
you relax, make tough decisions and much more.

This class is a six-week series. 
Class is limited, and registration is required.

You’ll get the support you need, find practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue, discover better nutrition and exercise choices, understand new treatment choices, and learn better ways to talk with your doctor and family about your health.
